Do you offer free shipping?
Occasionally, on special offers. Be on the lookout for free shipping promotions on our website.

What is your shipping method?
We ship via Many Top Shipping Provider within the Indian States. At this time, we aren't able to offer international shipping. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you need to receive your shipment by a specific date.

Do you ship every day?
Yes, Monday through Friday. We are a small company, so our in-house turnaround times are typically 2-3 business days (this does not include the postal transit time). If you're placing a rush Organic Product  order, write us a quick note at info@nogvallyfarm.in before you checkout, and we'll do our best to meet your timeline. 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not guarantee shipping times unless we correspond prior to the order being placed.

What shipping materials do you use?
We ship our products in plastic-free, using biodegradable/compostable corn-based packaging.

Where is my package?

The best option is for you to first Track on our Website. In our experience with helping customers with lost packages oftentimes their neighbors are holding them or they show up in a day or two. If your package is nowhere to be found, drop us a line at info@nogvallyfarm.in and we'll get right to it!

SHIPPING DURATION

WHAT ARE OUR SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Orders placed before 11 AM are usually processed and dispatched the same day. All shipments are packed and manifested for dispatch within 2 business days of placing the order

We endeavour but do not guarantee to deliver the products to buyers within the suggested shipping times mentioned below:

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is only applicable on occasionally, on special offers prepaid orders. This is only valid if the order is sent to one address. In the case of gifting and customised orders which you order from us through phone or email additional charges may be incurred on shipping. Our shipping partners are Delhivery, Amazon Shipping, Xpressbees, India Post under Free Shipping. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express Shipping is only applicable on prepaid orders where the express shipping option is added. Our shipping partner is Bluedart Express. Express Shipping is subject to pin code serviceability. If the pin code is not serviceable, we will contact you first, after which you will have the option to take a refund on the shipping amount and continue with another shipping option as mutually discussed.
